In our company, every design is made with great care and optimization of dozens of technical parameters. Since customer demands, expectations and relevant country standards are very different from each other, our design team must design windings with hundreds of different combinations.
Each design and temperature class requires different insulation materials. For this reason, many different insulation materials such as kraft, enamel, glass fiber, DDP etc. are used in our designs.

Machines We Use
It is generally used for winding windings with a voltage of 5 kV and above. This machine can be wound with copper/aluminum and flat/round wires. Insulation of fixed thickness or variable thickness can be made between layers in accordance with the winding design. Winding geometry can be round, obround or rectangular.
Transformer HV winding machine
It is generally used for winding windings with voltage up to 5 kV. This machine can be wound with copper/aluminum and flat/round wires. Constant thickness insulation is provided between layers in accordance with the winding design. Winding geometry can be round, obround or rectangular.
Transformer HV Strip winding machine
It is generally used in the production of foil copper or foil aluminum windings with a voltage of less than 1 kV. Input/output busbars are made automatically with tig welding. With the Foil Edge Detection function, the winding edges are properly monitored, and with the Foil Tension Control function, a uniform winding tension is achieved throughout the winding.
Transformer foil winding machine
It is generally used in the production of low voltage windings of transformers smaller than 1 kV and larger than 5 MVA. Thanks to its 1400 mm wide foil capacity and 2 separate foil openers, parallel foil can be wound and it allows the production of transformer windings with a rated power of 10 MVA.
