Quality Control and Tests
IEC 60076 Compliant Testing · Routine · Type · Special Tests
At Datsan Transformer, every unit we manufacture undergoes rigorous quality control procedures in accordance with the IEC 60076 standard. Our testing protocol is continuously improved to enhance product quality, and our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments. Routine tests are performed in-house, while type tests such as short-circuit mechanical withstand are conducted in accredited external laboratories upon customer request.

Our Testing Infrastructure
In-House HV Laboratory
Equipped with modern testing equipment capable of performing all routine tests up to 36 kV class, ensuring full control over quality and delivery timelines.
Accredited Type Tests
Short-circuit withstand, impulse voltage, and temperature rise tests are conducted in collaboration with internationally accredited laboratories (KEMA, CESI, etc.).
Digital Documentation
All test results are digitally recorded and traceable. Comprehensive test reports are provided with every transformer, ensuring full transparency.
Note: All routine tests are performed on 100% of units before shipment. Type tests are conducted according to project specifications and verified by accredited third-party laboratories upon customer request. Special tests are available as optional add-ons per customer requirements.
