Metal intermediate products such as boilers, cable boxes, etc. for transformers up to 5 MVA rated power are produced in the mechanical workshop in our facility. Datsan is one of the rare companies that can process various boiler materials suitable for different application and environmental conditions. Main material groups such as carbon steel, stainless steel 304-316 and aluminum can be used individually or together in our designs.

Cooling surfaces are produced with radiators or wave walls, depending on the industry and environmental conditions in which the transformer will be used. Wave walls and radiators are supplied from our approved suppliers in Türkiye and abroad.
